Welcome to the 2013 Boar’s Head Pageant.

We are honored to have you participate and share this event with you.

Crew Schedule: (Set-up & Tear Down)

Saturday,  December 29, 2012  - 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. – Set-up of castle, stage, and manger

Saturday, January 5, 2013 – 8:00 a.m. – VIP Reception tent, Palermo Center for reception, decorate grounds

Sunday, January 6, 2013 – 3:00 p.m. – Tear-down of castle, stage, manger, take down banners, flags and decorations

 

Other Volunteers:

We also need volunteers to help in other areas listed below.  If you can help please respond via email.

Cast Parties:
Friday, January 4th – 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Saturday, January 5th – 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

VIP Party: Saturday, January 5th – 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Ushers:  Saturday, January 5th – 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Miscellaneous: Saturday, January 5th  – 3:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Make-up, Dressing cast, Monitoring kids, runners, general help.
