Rehearsal Schedule
2013 – Boar’s Head Rehearsal Schedule: (as of December 27, 2013)
Date to be determined - Dancer and Jester rehearsal: Parish Hall 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. (Check with segment director for confirmation of dates and times.)
Friday, Dec. 28th – First full rehearsal – All cast: Church 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.
Wednesday, Jan. 2nd - Second full rehearsal – (No costumes) Church 7:00 – 9:30 p.m.
Thursday, Jan. 3th – Technical rehearsal for Speaking parts only (Lighting and sound crews will attend) Church 7:00 p.m
Friday, Jan. 4th – Last Full Rehearsal with Costumes & Orchestra
All Cast should report at: 5:30 p.m. for checking
Pizza Party in Parish Hall starts at 5:30 p.m.
Costume check-out at: 6:30 p.m.
Costume inspection at: 7:15 p.m.
All Cast rehearsal in the Church at 7:30 p.m.
Ice Cream social in the Parish Hall after the rehearsal. All cast & crew families invited.
Saturday, Jan. 5th – Cast Call: 5:30 p.m. – (The play will start at 7:00 p.m.)
Cast party in the Parish Hall immediately following the event. Dinner will be provide. Please bring a dessert to share.
Note: Some cast members will be asked to make additional rehearsals. You will be contacted by email with those instructions.
